An Author Based Publisher

Successful Author Seminar

There's a system for authors to write a better book and sell more of them.

I found it and would like to share it with you.

As the old saying goes, "There's an easy way to do things and a hard way." I would like to show you the easiest way to write a book and sell more of them.

After you're done writing the book, the real work begins. If you don't know the business aspect of being an author, you won't sell very many books; you won't get them into bookstores; and you'll end up just having wasted time and money.

There's an old saying in the publishing industry, "All new authors believe their book is going to become a Bestseller." If you have this belief without the knowledge of this seminar, you're only fooling yourself.

Each year I accept a set number of students to learn directly under me--how to write and publish their own books. If the student follows my system closely, they will have a much more enjoyable experience and a greater probability for success.

Would you like to write a book?

The easiest way to write a book is to do it in small time settings. Set aside a specific time each day (30-60 minutes) and write whatever comes to your head. Don't worry about grammar or if it makes sense--simply write and later you can put it all together. This will put you in a "flow" for writing. If you don't have anything to write about, start writing the same thing line after line and soon, you'll find an idea will pop into your head. This technique prevents "Writer's Block."

The best place to start is to ask yourself, what result do you want to accomplish with your writing? Then, create a list of points you want to cover in your book. Arrange those points in an outline format and use this information to guide you with your daily writing sessions.
Have you already written your book but it isn't selling?

So you discovered the truth--you are really a sales person who writes books, not a writer who sells books. You have to be willing to go through the marketing steps that are established in the industry and use some of our own unique approaches to sell your book. If you don't market your book properly, your books will sit in boxes at your house--not in the publics hands.

You'll need to do media campaigns, books signings, websites, and more. Besides the traditional things, we teach a reverse marketing approach. You begin with the survey below and establish relationships for an interest in your book, even before you write it. That way, you're going to sell some copies of your book, hot off the press.

Have you dreamt of becoming a published author only to find your books aren't accepted?

You need to write about the things you like and the public is interested in purchasing. If you only write about the aforementioned, your book is going to flop. If you combine the two, you'll find yourself a very happy author. The best way to do this is some pre-writing research on your book idea. The best, fastest, and cheapest way to do your market research is with a survey to the general public. Don't ask your friends and family members, they'll probably not want to hurt your feelings by telling you the truth.

Do you know why and when you should (or should not) approach a publisher with your book?

Publishers are looking for books (or authors) with a good track record. If you've sold at least 5,000 copies of your book, you may be able to stimulate the interest of a publisher. If you don't want to actively sell your book, you'll have to hire a Litarary Agent. These folks are not all scrupulous and you'll want to know how to weed them out.

Use some of your own elbow grease and get into marketing your material before approaching a publisher. You'll get a better cash advancement and they'll think you're an author who is willing to join in with the marketing efforts for your book. If you aren't willing to market your book, the publisher will look for the next author who is.

By the way, most big publishers are going to want you to invest money into your own marketing campaign. They may be willing to contribute some funds but you'll have some out of the pocket expenses as well. If you're not willing to invest in marketing your book, the publisher will look for the next author who is.
These questions and many more will be answered for you in a very unique format. I will accept a select number of students to attend a two-day comprehensive training. This two-day intensive will give you a complete understanding of how to write your book and create the greatest potential for it to become a success. Without this knowledge, I have one recommendation--don't get into the writing and publishing industry--chances are--you'll fail.

I'm not trying to be negative. I simply want to give it to you straight.

I want to share the real stuff with you. You'll learn:
  • The pluses and perils of online publishing. Did you know online publishing prohibits you from getting into the major bookstores?
  • How to write a quality book in just minutes per day.
  • The ins-and-outs of editors, page layout people, graphic artists, printers, publicists, and other professionals you'll need to work with for your book's success.
If you're ready to take the leap--the net has appeared. Get ready to not only learn but experience the wonderful world of becoming a successful author. I'm going to share with you the information to sell more books and gain a very comprehensive understanding of the publishing industry.

A successful author is a happy author!
